テレビで医学の放映が時々あります

今日は月に一度の降圧剤を貰いに内科クリニックへ

行って来ました

相変わらず待合室は込んでいます

＜血圧を瞬時に下げる方法＞

手を開いたり、閉じたり

「グー　パー」を数十回やると、血圧が20位下がります

こんな紹介を昔テレビで観ました

本日やってみました

名前を呼ばれ処置室で血圧測定

114 一番驚いたのは私　本人でした

看護師もビックリ!!

いつもは150前後の数値です

私がグーパー運動をしたのは無論秘密にして

クスリを貰ってクリニックを出た今日でした。

小学校では毎年学芸会が開かれます

一年生の時、ご覧の格好で踊りました

開始早々、スカートが脱げそうになったが踊りました

スカートが脱げ、パンツ一枚となりました

先生が直ぐに私を舞台袖に連れて行き、再度スカート

を穿かせました

これで私の役目は終了と思ったが、先生がまたも私を

舞台中央に連れて行き踊りを続けさせられました

自分史に残る一頁となりました。
