下駄箱の登山靴があぐらをかいている

今季初? 登山靴を履いた

向かった先は根来山げんきの森でした

時刻は午前11時　管理棟を出発

天気は曇り、蒸し暑い!!

手には杖とデジカメいつものパターンです

東展望広場から西展望広場へ一気に歩きます

帰りは山の北側を歩き管理棟への周遊です!!

1時間30分歩きました

全身汗でビッショリ

車に乗り込みエアコンはフル稼働

家に帰りすぐにシャワー

快感だ!!

昼食は冷やしソーメンにした

味はイマイチ

お腹が膨れたところで、お昼寝タイム

充実した一日となった今日でした

おまけに藤浪投手が初勝利!!

阪神8連敗の悪夢から脱出!?
